VHEW PTO is the school’s parent-teacher organization. The PTO works alongside faculty and staff to make West the greatest environment possible for our students. We encourage all families to join PTO! This is the best way to invest in the school and learn about everything that is happening.

VHEW uses Membership Toolkit (MTK) to manage PTO registration, communications, volunteer sign-ups and the online school directory. Please confirm your family data and complete PTO membership and donations through MTK at vhewpto.membershiptoolkit.com. Confirming your data will ensure that you receive  communications about PTO events and programs. Membership provides access to the online directory; your donations are critical to helping us support our faculty and staff and programs for our students throughout the year.

We would love all parents to join us for PTO meetings. Meetings for the 2024-2025 school year are on the following dates at 9:15 AM unless otherwise noted: August 8 (at 8:15 AM), September 3, October 1, November 5, January 7, February 4, March 4, April 1. All meetings are in the school lunchroom and also broadcast over Zoom. The Zoom link is sent out through MTK prior to each meeting.
